Inflatables - General Safety Rules:
The integrity and safety of our inflatables is a top priority at Jumpin' Junction. We're proud that our inflatables are 100% made in the USA and are 19 oz. Commercial Grade, Lead Free Vinyl. Our manufacturer never uses any second hand material, which can be quite common in inflatables coming from other countries.
- Parental supervision is ALWAYS required on site during Open Bounce. You may not leave the building. Supervision must be by an adult 21 or older if not the actual parent.
- Parents may assist their children 4 and younger through the inflatables. When younger children are present, for the safety of all children, we ask that adults only walk, sit or slide on the inflatables (please, no high bouncing or jumping).
- A weight limit of 200 lbs per adult to use the units helps ensure the safety of the children playing.
- For safety reasons, persons wearing a cast or any type of motion-limiting device may not use any of the inflatables.
- All guests (adults included) must be wearing socks to enter our jump zone! We take the safety of our guests and cleanliness of our facility very seriously and therefore, cannot make any exceptions. If you forget socks, we have them available for purchase, $1.50/pr.
- No outside food allowed on premise to help ensure a clean facility for your children.

Q. HOW LONG CAN WE STAY AND PLAY?
A.You may stay as long as you like for open play. If you leave and plan to come back during the same day, make sure and keep the wristband on, otherwise you must pay to re-enter.
Q. WHAT SHOULD THE KIDS WEAR?
A. Socks are required for every person who enters into the jump zone. If someone forgets their socks, don't worry, we sell socks at our front desk. We recommend clothing that will cover the skin (long sleeves, pants, etc.) for more effective sliding. Nylon type pants make the kids go extra fast down the slides. Any clothing that runs the risk of scratching/puncturing the inflatables should not be worn.
Q. CAN ADULTS PLAY ON THE INFLATABLES?
A. Adults are allowed to assist smaller children(4 or younger) through the inflatables and are encouraged to assist their children in following the safety rules. Adults are advised of no high bouncing on the inflatables and for the safety of the children playing, no persons over 200 lbs may use the inflatables.
Q. HOW EARLY SHOULD I RESERVE MY PARTY?
A. As soon as possible. The sooner you reserve your party, the greater your chance of reserving the exact date and time you want. It is not uncommon for parties to be scheduled six to eight weeks in advance! We strive to accommodate even the most immediate need. Q. CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD TO A BIRTHDAY PARTY?
A. You may bring the cake and ice cream (don't forget your candles and matches), but other outside food is not allowed. If there is an allergy issue with the cake for the birthday child, please call for suggestions. Birthdays are our specialty!!
